Does This Sound Like You?

You are a business team leader whose people are overloaded.

calm-at-computer You’ve got good people, but they are struggling to manage the workloads and effectively juggle multiple or conflicting priorities. A lot of time is wasted on low-value email, interruptions and distractions, information overload, and meetings that drag on forever but go nowhere. You used to be able to keep track of everything in your head, but lately things have started slipping through the cracks. You’re working more hours than ever, and the things that really matter to you at work and at home just don’t get enough air time. You’d like a solution, but you’re concerned about taking time ‘off’ for training.

You look after Human Resources or Learning and Development for your company.

asian-woman You need short and sharp productivity training that works and sticks. You don’t want your people to spend an entire day listening to old-school time management theory they won’t apply; it’s got to be fresh and relevant. You want to see programs with a track record of success – delivering immediate, measurable results and long-lasting behavioural change. You must be sure that any programs you put forward are well received and worth everyone’s time and money. You’d love to find a cost-effective, eco-friendly way to train all your offices without exhorbitant travel costs.

You’re a successful small business owner, but that success comes at a price.

You feel overwhelmed; you’re working too many hours and wearing too many hats. You’re too busy working in your business to work on the strategic stuff or sales. You’re not sleeping or exercising enough, and your relationships are suffering. You know you should delegate better, but you don’t even know where to begin. You’re intelligent, capable, successful – and even pretty organised! The problem is, you just have too much to do. There is so much coming at you all day every day, and you hardly have a moment to think. You’re very active, but you don’t feel very productive.

You are the Family CEO (Chief Everything Officer!).

mother-and-daughter You were fairly well organised before you had kids, but managing family life is a whole new ball game. You are responsible for so many things: kids’ homework, health, activities, family travel, admin, photos and memorabilia, keeping in touch with loved ones, meal planning, coordinating your household help, volunteering…and the list goes on. You spend more time and emotional energy on all this than you want to, and your own personal goals are suffering from lack of time or ‘mommy guilt.’

Is This Right for You?

What Our Clients Say

A fresh, new idea. I have never taken this kind of course before. These skills can be used in a variety of workplaces.

I will definitely be able to work smarter rather than harder. Wish I’d had this 20 years ago!

What is most important to me is that it now feels very EASY and do-able to get organised.

This is one of the most useful workshops I’ve been to. I can apply what I learned right away.

Thank you for transforming our office and work environment. We are finding the systems to be really useful. We also communicate a lot better and find that things don’t slip through the net anymore!

Among the positive things I learned this year, Mind mapping and a better use of Outlook definitely rank high on my list. This helps me to manage multiple business projects…and our busy family life!

My office and home are so much more organised…but more importantly to me, I feel like I have more time and that a ‘pressure’ has been released. I know where everything is, and this is helping me to achieve so much more in less time. My inspiration is flowing more as I have more ease and order in my life. Thank you – your seminar was invaluable to me.

The system works!! I can feel the improvement. The difference is that before I seemed to be helter skelter and not able to concentrate on the important things but now, after everything has been ordered, I can concentrate better. I have also trimmed down my weekly to do list to be more realistic and have a manageable number of items to do.

Just wanted to say a big thank you. I thought your course was really great – the way it was delivered, the venue, the learning materials, the practical tools, everything! I have never felt as motivated as I do now to finally get on top of things, and that is a great feeling. I can already feel a sense of direction and relief. Thank you so much.

Before taking this course I was actually feeling at the end of my tether!! I felt in a constant state of confusion and that I was really not going anywhere fast. I was constantly worried that I would forget things and often did not deal with things until literally the last minute. I always got things done but definitely not in a timely manner. My workspace was a mess (an organised mess, but still a mess). I could find things, but no one else could. I felt constantly stressed by looking at it. The workshop gave me the tools and set my mind straight on how to use those tools effectively. I have cleared my mind of the clutter! I have realised that trying to leave work early is not a bad thing, and I am not worrying about forgetting things. My email box is close to empty. I am spending more time exercising, and I am happy for it!!

This course saved my life. I used to work 16-hour days. Now I work 9-hour days. My wife and I are so happy about this!

It was a super course. I also enjoyed the rest of the group. A perfect mix to show that one isn’t alone not being super organised and that it affects anyone and everyone in some way. Many thanks again!

This workshop is the best thing I have ever invested in for it has given me back my life!!

I love the hands-on practice and having specific coaching on my case – makes it easy to grasp.

I had no clear structure before, but now I have a plan and ways to tackle my goals. Breaking it down to simpler, manageable tasks helps. I feel so much more positive about the future of my business now because I am more in control and feel inspired to tackle my work, whereas before I was drowning in it.
