Multi-national food and beverage company with 5,000 employees across Asia, the Middle East and Africa.
Challenge
Many country offices are small and do not have the resources for employees to travel to attend training. Employees are also unable to commit to long training sessions due to work commitments.
Solution
Organising Solutions developed and delivered a series of 12 virtual productivity training classes via WebEx® over a three month period. The length of each course was 90 minutes, allowing employees to take a short break from their workday and attend the classes at their desks.
Highlights
- Course topics included personal and team productivity, 4 Microsoft Outlook® learning labs, and 3 MindManager® learning labs.
- Included 1:1 coaching and small group facilitation options
- Participation levels of 65-85 participants in introductory courses
- In-depth training sessions fully enrolled with 20 participants per course
Results
Initial pilot program converted to ongoing programming with additional custom courses developed at client’s request.
