Challenge
Due to quick growth within the company and region there was little time for staff and managers to focus on training. As a result, many leaders had progressed in their careers but needed core productivity training to help them manage increased responsibilities. Client brought in Organising Solutions to provide a productivity foundation for all senior management.
Solution
Organising Solutions designed a three-month productivity training program to help senior managers handle their workloads and gain a common understanding about best practices for managing time, tasks, email, meetings, and sales process documents.
