How it Works:
In this highly interactive Technology Learning Lab you’ll learn by actually organising your own electronic workload. Our technicians will work with your IT department to pre-configure Microsoft Outlook® 2003 or 2007 for optimal performance. This means the entire course will be spent learning and working productively rather than fiddling with technology settings.
Step by step, we’ll show you how to apply the productivity techniques within your own Outlook®, using your real email, calendar and tasks. After each strategy is demonstrated, we’ll give you time to set up and organise your electronic workspace while we provide 1:1 support as needed.
You’ll walk out the door significantly more organised than when you came in, and you’ll have the skills to continue working productively every day.
Course Format and Audience
Fast and Focused with Microsoft Outlook is a 4-hour hands-on workshop designed for groups of professionals.
