Mind Mapping for Kids and Parents

Unleash the Power of Your Mind
Learn to think like Albert Einstein and Leonardo da Vinci! Both made use of a powerful technique known as visual thinking to explore concepts and develop ideas through organic maps that incorporated colourful sketches, creative doodles and keywords.
Mind mapping activates both the left and right sides of the brain, maximising our ability to move beyond the linear note-taking and study techniques which dominate most learning environments today. Mind mappers find it very natural to “think outside the box,” plan effectively and get more done – all critical skills for success in an increasingly competitive world.
In these unique courses parents and kids will learn together so that families will have a shared understanding of the many practical applications of this powerful technique at any age.
What You’ll Learn
- What a mind map is, and why mapping makes you smarter
- How to make your schoolwork (and grown-up work) more fun

What You’ll Do
- Practice making several mind maps of your own: hand-drawn and electronic
