Personal Productivity FAQ

Personal Productivity FAQ

I want to get organised but don’t know where to begin. What’s the best first step?

Just give us a call at +852 2869 9687 or email us.  We’ll be happy to learn more about your situation, help you clarify your objectives and discuss which of our programs would be the best fit for your needs.

How do you measure productivity improvements for individuals?

All of our programs revolve around a personalised Action Plan to ensure you achieve your productivity goals. Productivity gains are measured by completion of the steps on your Action Plan, followed by a Post-program Assessment.

Are there public courses I can take?

From time to time we offer introductory seminars through the Hong Kong Chambers of Commerce and other business/professional associations. Please check our events calendar and watch for announcements in our monthly electronic magazine to find out more about upcoming public events. You may sign up to receive our updates here.

You may also book any of our courses privately for your professional or community group, or just a group of friends or colleagues. Please contact us for more details.

What can I expect from working with you?

Getting organised is a process, not an event —  and we will be with you every step of the way. Our programs are action-focused, and we provide follow-up support to ensure you make progress and experience powerful behavioural change.

We work with you to address three key areas of personal productivity:

1.    Putting organisational systems in place to increase your efficiency and effectiveness

2.    Developing routines and processes that will keep you organised for the long term

3.    Establishing habits of mind that help you focus on the most important activities

Where does your training take place?

We offer training and coaching in a variety of formats, including:

  • Live workshops in Hong Kong
  • Webinars and e-learning programs
  • In-house programs for large and small companies

Contact us to discuss the right learning format for you.

Do you work with clients on an individual basis?

Yes, we work with a limited number of executives and private clients who prefer a personalised and accelerated program. We design an Action Plan which will usually include a combination of group workshops and private coaching. This approach helps our clients learn essential skills in the most efficient and cost-effective manner while also benefitting from coaching to maximise motivation and behavioural change. Individual program packages run for 3-12 months, depending on goals and circumstances.

Contact us to discuss whether a private program is right for you.

How can I get financial support from my company to take your courses?

We will gladly work with your manager or HR department to help them understand our programs and the productivity gains you will achieve as a result of working with us. The measurable return on the training investment is extremely compelling and straightforward: spend half a day with us, and reclaim 15 days per year!

Most companies are very supportive and readily sponsor individuals who wish to attend our public courses or complete a productivity coaching program with us.

In many cases the interest of one individual has led to in-house team training and continuing professional development credits. This benefits the organisation exponentially when entire workgroups are better organised, working smarter and focused on the top priorities.
